The Wurstfest is a food festival in New Braunfels, Texas, at Wurstfest Grounds. A ten-day salute to sausage and German-Texan heritage in the Hill Country, drawing hundreds of thousands to the Wurstfest Grounds along the Comal River each November. Bavarian beer, polka and oompah music, carnival rides, and sausage specialties make it a Texas fall tradition.
